Contests:

This contest (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") is conducted by MILTOYS LTD (hereinafter referred to as "MILTOYS") and is hosted on the www.miltoys.com.cy page, Facebook and Instagram.

The Terms of the Competition are listed below.

1. Contests / Gifts..

To participate in the contest, those interested must first follow the instructions mentioned in the post of each contest. Instructions can be found at www.miltoys.com.cy and / or Facebook and / or Instagram. Entries per person depend on the type of contest. Those interested who will follow the instructions of the specific contest, and if they meet its conditions, automatically enter the draw which will be held after the end of the Contest, a date that will be set during or after the end of the contest.

The draw will reveal the winner (s) who will win the GIFT which will be described each time on the page www.miltoys.com.cy and / or on Facebook and / or Instagram.

The Gift will always be specific, and will be strictly personal and will not be redeemable for money or exchange for another gift or product.

2. Right to Participate in the Contest.

Eligible to participate in the Contest will be people who maintain an account (Facebook) or Instagram which corresponds to a profile of a real natural person. These users must be permanent residents of the Republic of Cyprus, have reached the age of 18, at the date of their participation in the Contest, and have the legal capacity to participate.

Anyone is eligible to participate in the Contest and receive the Prize, regardless of whether they are a customer of Miltoys Ltd.

3. Exclusion of Participants.

Those who fall into the following categories are excluded from the Contest:

1. Miltoys Ltd employees
2. People with first degree kinship with the above employees as well as the spouses of these employees
3. The employees of the agents and / or associates and / or any authorized legal entities appointed by Miltoys Ltd for the implementation of this Contest; and
4. Those that use a pseudonym when using the social networking platform, as a result of which it is not possible to verify their identity. The exclusion can be done at any stage of the Contest even during the stage of delivery / acceptance of the Gift.

Miltoys Ltd reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject any participation which is submitted in an irregular manner and / or which is linked to offensive content, to reject entries that violate these terms, as well as to cancel ex post entries that do not comply with these terms. Defamatory or obscene comments, or posts that infringe copyright or other third party rights, may be deleted from Miltoys Ltd's account at its sole discretion.

4. Duration of the Contest

The duration of the Contest begins with the posting of the Contest on the Miltoys Ltd Facebook and Instagram page on the specific listed dates.

5. Receipt of the Gift

The winners will be notified by Miltoys Ltd with a relevant personal message on their Facebook and / or Instagram accounts. The winners will then be asked to provide their email address to which they wish the Prize to be sent. In case of non-response or non-acceptance of the Prize by one of the winners within 72 hours of the above information, the prize will be given to the next winner, as he has been selected by the relevant draw.

The names of the lucky winners will be posted, if they wish, on the Miltoys Ltd Facebook page and / or Instagram.

6. Responsibility

Miltoys Ltd will not be liable for any failure, error, omission or inaccuracy in the transmission, download and posting of participation in Facebook or Instagram or in the incorrect or incomplete operation of Facebook or Instagram, which is due to force majeure or actions of third parties persons.

7. Information for the Processing of Personal Data

The personal data provided to Miltoys Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data") will be used for the purposes of the Contest only. 8. Withdrawal of Notice - Modification of Terms

Miltoys Ltd reserves the right to revoke the promotional action for the Contest or to modify its terms, at any time and without notice.
